How to access the service

Access the Advanced Analytics & AI (3AI) Platform with minimal effort and procurement

The Intersect Advanced Analytics & AI (3AI) Platform is available to universities, organisations, research institutes, government departments, and individual research groups to annually or on a per-project basis procure a number of Service Hours or Expert Hours to provide full end-to-end support for data intensive research across key areas of the research workflow to increase the data science capacity of internal research services and/or research groups. 

 

For existing Intersect members, Intersect Advanced Analytics & AI (3AI) Platform provides additional benefits by providing another layer of research support designed to provide full end-to-end support for data-intensive research across key areas of the research workflow.

University / Research Institute / Government Department / Organisation

The service is available to universities, research organisations and government departments via two models: 

  • Expert hours. Request for a specific data science specialist with the resource having a specific skill set defined and mutually agreed by your organisation and Intersect. This allows access to a dedicated resource for a minimum period of 12 months specific to the needs of your organisation.
  • Service Units. The purchase of service units (or hours) of data science support from the entire data science team. The team will manage the process of assigning the best available data scientist with the specific skill set for each project or task. These service units can be purchased for a single larger project or divided up to researchers within your organisation to be used on different sized projects on a merit-based system.

Researcher / Research Group

The service is also available to individual researchers and research groups via two models: 

  • Expert hours. Request for a specific data science specialist with the resource having a specific skill set defined by and mutually agreed by your research group and Intersect. This allows access to a dedicated resource for a minimum period of 12 months specific to the needs of your project.
  • Service Units. The purchase of service units (or hours) of data science support from the entire data science team. The team will manage the process of assigning the best available data scientist with the specific skill set for each task within your project.
