The Intersect hpc.Time 2016 Resource Allocation Round (RAR) closed in November 2015 with nearly 90 eligible proposals being received. As in previous years, both Orange.intersect.org.au and Raijin.nci.org.au machines were significantly oversubscribed.  In total, approximately 35M core hours of HPC have been allocated to members from total requests of 84M core hours.

Intersect will continue to undertake six-weekly reviews of HPC allocations throughout 2016 to ensure optimal use of available machine resources for researchers.
