3rd Showcase 2023

The 3rd joint showcase between NCI and Intersect Australia is entitled:

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Cancer Research

Four expert presentations will showcase state-of-the-art research activity aimed at
enhancing cancer research by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and machine
learning (ML) techniques. Internationally renowned speakers reveal how large, high-quality datasets coupled with ML and analysis algorithms can play a vital role in the process of cancer research. The presentations will be of great interest for scientists interested in the field of AI / ML in tissue imaging, cancer diagnosis, drug design, and treatment – and more broadly in biomedical applications – from graduate research students to early career researchers and beyond.
